TARDY!

Hello lovely ladies!

So sorry for the late joining. But I'm here! :)
Whoa this blog is on a roll! Yayuuuuuh.

This term is just crazy. literally.
I'm sure everyone can say that same yea? -__-;;

I've actually been working on a wood lamp for Supersized.
It took a great deal of time producing this one piece, but I had so much fun with it.
I finished Friday and presented it with a "bang"!
puahah jk more like a "click" for the on switch.
Here's the lamp that I designed:

It's made of sandblasted acrylic and oakwood veneer.
I decided to run with the "light" idea for personal reasons and I'm planning on designing more so I'll try to keep ya'llz posted!

Tell me what you think.
Good, bad, need improvements?

ok i have had 2 cups of tea in a row, it's 6 in the morning, i have to start getting ready to go to school in about an hour and half and am debating whether or not to study for my midterm (which i havent studied for yet T_T) or just nap. HM DILEMMA....

and i have finished my boards for the "reggae" theme.

HERE'S SOME STUFF IVE BEEN WORKING ON RECENTLY
FOR ROB CLAYTON'S CLASS, OUR PROJECT WAS TO INCORPORATE OUR STYLE ONTO AN OBJECT AND I GUESS.... COMMERCIALIZE OURSELVES. SO NATURALLY I DID SOMETHING KNOTTY... WELL.. ITS NOT THAAAT KNOTTY CUZ I CAN GO WAAAY MORE KNOTTY THAN THIS BUT SINCE ITS A CLASS AND... I BLUSH EASILY.
AND ALSO I BOUGHT A MUNNY WITH GRACE AND WE'VE BEEN HAVING MUNNY NIGHTERS FOR A WEEK NOW... IT TAKES MORE TIME THAN I THOUGHT TO PAINT THIS DAMN MUNNY BUT I THINK ITS ON ITS WAY TO BEING FINNISHED. I HONESTLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO GIVE IT FOR CLOTHES.. I WAS THINKING VAGINA HAIR...

splats for y'allz

i always said that i hated it when people use water color splatters and ink textures n stuff in motion because it's so overdone...
but then i find myself doing it as well... sigh im a sellout lol
but anyway i was experimenting with this shit i guess and i just dropped the acryllic ink straight from the bottle so it was kinda thick in some spots. i was using a heatgun from the modelshop to make it dry faster and the paint kinda melted. looks kinda cool.



maybe i'll post my boards when i'm all done. i'm workin on a set of boards with the theme of "reggae" and how the beats of reggae imitate the heartbeat.
